This program conveys the latest in general management know-how, trains team skills as well as the execution of projects in an international context and promotes the intercultural and linguistic competence of the participants.

Part-time MBA programs are usually conducted over the weekend (Friday - Sunday). This means to switch from your working environment to a process of learning within hours, and then back again after two days. Our evaluations have shown that a study period of 2.5 days often fails to nurture the kind of concentration needed for an intensive learning process. Thus we decided to implement the week-long presence phases. Starting each year in March the 9 compact presence phases of 6-7 days every two months are conducted, followed by a 4 month period for writing the Master Thesis.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, University diploma or equivalent degree, excellent command of English.

Besonderer Wert wird gelegt auf: die Integration von interkulturellen Unterschieden im Managementstil und das sozial kompetente Agieren unter wechselnden Umfeldbedingungen sowie den konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten, auf die Stärkung der Handlungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit durch die Anwendung des fachbezogenen Wissens in Case Studies, in studienbegleitenden Projekten und Firmenbesuchen und auf die begleitende Vermittlung von mittel- und osteuropäischen Sprachen zur Förderung der Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld. Ein Präsenzmodul beschäftigt sich mit interkultureller Kommunikation und Konflikt-Management.

To obtain the full MBA degree you are required to attend on-site lectures on 47 working days within the 2 years: 6 weeks in the first year of participation 3 weeks in the second year of participation 2 days Disputation of the Master Thesis & Graduation.

The overall tuition fee is 14.500,- Euro for 24 months.
Included are the lecture notes. Not included are books, personal living expenses, travel and accommodation costs.
